First Impression Audit
Your page, used by a real visitor. Screenshotted as it happens.
The First Impression Audit opens one page of your website on a real phone and uses it the way a first time visitor does. Not a checklist reading your code: an actual visit, recorded screenshot by screenshot, each with a plain English note on what went wrong at that moment.
£15, one page, about two minutes to run.
The free scan comes first on purpose: it proves your page can be read before any money changes hands. The £15 audit is offered from your scan result. If your page cannot be opened and screenshotted, the £15 comes back automatically. You will not have to ask.
What the visit records
- The first impression. The page is screenshotted before anything is touched, because the first screen is where a visitor decides whether to stay.
- Your cookie banner. How much of the screen it covers, whether it can be declined, and what it was hiding.
- The scroll. The page is scrolled the way a person scrolls, screenshotted as it goes, and checked for anything poking past the edge of the screen.
- The tap. Your main button is tapped and what actually happens is recorded: a new page, a scroll, the phone dialler, an error, or nothing at all. Some buttons do nothing, and the owner is the last to know.
- The form. The enquiry form a visitor faces, field by field, as it appears on a phone.
The report lives at a private link, is yours to keep, prints cleanly, and includes the same score out of 100 the free scanner gives, from the same checks, so the two never disagree.
What it is not
- It is not a whole site audit. One page, one visitor, one first impression. A review of your whole site by a person, with a call, is the £149 Website Health Check.
- It is not a fix. It shows you the evidence. Having the problems fixed for you is the Visibility Tune-Up.
- It is not a subscription. £15 once, no account, no login. Your email is only used to send your report link.
Common questions
- How do I buy one?
- Run the free page scan. The £15 audit is offered from your result and takes one tap from there. Stripe handles payment; card details never touch our systems.
- How long does it take?
- Usually a minute or two. You watch it happen live: opening your page on a phone, dismissing your cookie banner, tapping your main button. The report link also goes to your email.
- What if my page cannot be audited?
- Then you have not paid. If the page cannot be opened and screenshotted the way a normal visitor would open it, the £15 refunds itself automatically. A page that turns out to have problems is not a failed audit. Finding and evidencing them is the service.
- Which page should I audit?
- The one where losing a visitor costs you most. For most businesses that is the home page, the page adverts land on, or the page people book from. Each audit covers one page, and you can run another for any other page.
- Can I share the report?
- Yes. It is yours, at a private link only you hold, and it prints cleanly with our details in the footer, so you can hand it to whoever looks after your website.
- Whose website can I audit?
- A page you own, run, or have permission to have audited. The audit makes one ordinary visit to a publicly available page, the same as any person opening it in a browser. Our terms cover the details.
