How do I add this to Gmail?

Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings, Signature, create a new signature and paste. The formatting comes across with it.

Does it work in Outlook?

Yes. Copy the signature and paste it into Outlook's signature editor, or use Copy HTML for advanced setups.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Paste a public image URL for your logo. For best results host it somewhere permanent so it always loads in emails.
