Do I need a contract?

No. You can use me ad hoc, just when something needs fixing or setting up. If you would rather have ongoing cover, I can arrange a simple monthly agreement, but nothing is forced and there are no long lock-ins.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Many problems can be fixed remotely the same day, and I come to your office or shop across Bolton and Greater Manchester when hands-on work is needed.
