Not IT support. A technical partner for your business.
I work with local firms and small businesses: accountants, solicitors, estate agents, and plenty of others. I find the admin that quietly eats your week and automate it, so your team can get on with the real work instead of the busywork.
Book a Free Efficiency ReviewNo jargon. No obligation.
Most firms don't have an "IT problem". They've got an admin problem that technology should have sorted years ago. A few signs:
There's a repetitive job your team does every single week that eats hours and never seems to get easier.
When a new client comes on, their details get re-typed into three or four different systems before anyone can start.
A key process only really works because one person knows the steps, and nobody has written them down.
Practical work that pays for itself, not a shopping list of software. I explain everything in plain English before you spend a penny.
I map how work actually flows through your business and find exactly where the hours and money leak. You walk away with a clear, prioritised plan, whether or not you do the work with me.
I connect the software you already pay for (your CRM, email, documents, accounting) so the same information never gets typed twice. That's hours back every week, and far fewer mistakes.
AI used only where it actually earns its keep: drafting, summarising, client intake, data entry. No hype. It takes the repetitive thinking-work off your team's plate.
Simple and honest, built around your business, not a sales funnel.
We talk through how your week actually runs and where the friction is. Remote or in person around Bolton & Greater Manchester.
I show you the biggest wins first: what to fix, what it would save, and what it would take. In plain English.
If the numbers stack up, I build and automate it. If they don't, I'll tell you straight. No upselling, ever.
If your team spends more time on admin than on customers, this is for you, whatever line of work you're in.
It's how I work: when I hear the same problem from enough businesses, I build the fix. Two examples I designed, built and run myself.
The missed-call problem
Talking to tradespeople, the same thing kept coming up. They're up a ladder or under a sink when the phone rings, and a missed call is usually a missed job. Customers rarely leave a voicemail. They just ring the next name on Google.
So I built SmartReply: it answers the moment they can't. A missed call or message gets an instant automatic reply ("Thanks for calling, I'm on a job. I'll ring you back by 5pm, or book here"), so the enquiry is held instead of lost.
Speed-to-lead, without being chained to your phone.
See SmartReplyWhy text beats email for reviews
Every small business knows reviews win them work. Getting them is the hard part. The usual move is an emailed review link, and it just doesn't land: unopened, buried, impersonal.
A text is different. People open texts almost straight away, and they actually act on them. So I built ReviewPing: an automated SMS review request sent right after the job, with the review link one tap away. Manual or on autopilot.
Match how people actually behave, and more reviews follow.
See ReviewPingPick a time that suits you. It's a no-obligation call to find out if there's anything worth automating in your business.
No jargon. No pitch.
